Q. How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?
It is very easy to place an order on Fashion at The Edge Browse our products by clicking on 'SHOP WOMEN's' to find what you'd like to buy. Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button next to each product. After you add your product to the cart, follow the directions that are provided on the page that will guide you on how to proceed to checkout.
Q. Do I need to sign up for placing an order?
Yes, you can only place an order by signing up.
Q. How can I check the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. You will be provided with an order tracking number and the tracking website that you can use to trace your order. If you are unable to find enough information on the tracking website, please do not worry. It takes time for carriers to update the tracking information.​ ​ In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. ​ ​ You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. Q. Can I add items to an existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you send a request by email and we will get back to you with details of your order.
Q. How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout.

We ensure that your personal and credit card information is transmitted through a secured checkout system to guarantee privacy and security.
Q. Does Fashion at The Edge charge sales tax?
No. All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.
Q. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Subject to the laws of your country, duties are applicable. Fashion at The Edge is not responsible for any country’s import duties or payment of those duties.
Packing & Shipping
Q. How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Product?
Depending on your order – processing can take from 3-4 weeks (for pret) to 12-18 weeks (for bridals and formal orders). Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 5-7 working days. Fashion at The Edge cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
Q. Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?
Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, Fashion at The Edge not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.
Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us at FashionAThe Edge@gmail.com nce.
Q. What packaging will my order be shipped in??
Your order will be delivered to you in our branded packaging.
Q. What are your shipping charges?
FashionAThe Edge@gmail.com not charge separate shipment fees unless stated otherwise. However, if custom or import duties are charged in the destination country, the recipient of the parcel must pay these charges.

Q. Are The Colors of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?
Products on FashionAThe Edge@gmail.com are designer, mostly hand crafted and specially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
Q. What if an item is Sold Out and I want to buy it?
