Shipments and returns
Shipping

We ship worldwide from our Multan office.  All prices are inclusive of shipping charges.


Depending on your order- processing can take from 3-4 weeks (for pret) to 12-18 weeks (for bridals and formal orders). Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within 5-7  working days. 

Fashion at The Edge cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

Shipping Processing Time
Once ready, your order will be delivered to you within 5-6 working days.

Orders Multiple Objects
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready. 
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at 
sfae1918@gmail.com.
 with your order number, we shall do the needful.

Shipment Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. 

You will receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.

Order Delays

Firstly, we'd like to apologize. We work hard to reduce lead times and avoid delays, which we let you know about if & when they arise. If you've been waiting longer than you should have and you haven't heard from us, please email us at sfae1918@gmail.com. & we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Return Policy
 

Q. What Is Your Return Policy?

At this time, hsystudio.com is unable to accept returns. Obviously, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact sfae1918@gmail.com.   for more details.

Q. My Item Arrived Damaged/ Incorrect. What Do I Do?

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team at
sfae1918@gmail.com.  immediately. Please email us a photo of the product you received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once an order has been placed and the payment has been made- you will be unable to cancel your order. Refunds will be unavailable for orders cancelled after being placed.

 

Alterations
All alterations for couture have a minimum lead-time of 15 - 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.

Currently we are not entertaining requests for alterations for the Pret Line.
We take a minimum of 4-5 working days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when approved
